Today we introduce SDGs cuisine!
You often eat somen in the summer, right?
But it's easy to overdo it. .
At times like that, this crunchy grilled somen noodles is a great staple food and side dish!
In Italy, we make it with leftover pasta!
In addition to somen noodles, this crispy yaki can also be made with various types of noodles such as soba noodles, cold noodles, pasta, and udon noodles, so please try it!
Material
somen leftovers (about 1 to 1.5 bundles)
1 tablespoon of granulated chicken stock
Salt and pepper as appropriate
3-5 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (adjust to taste)
One egg
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make
Sprinkle some water over the leftover noodles to loosen them and drain them well.
Put the somen in a bowl, add the chicken stock,
salt,
pepper,
egg,
Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Set the heat to low heat.
Put oil in a frying pan.
The point is to put more than you imagine! 👍
Put the mixed somen so that it spreads all over.
Cover the lid over medium-low heat and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes, check to see if it is browned, and turn it over when it has a fragrant brown color.
Turn it over and bake for 2-3 minutes without the lid.
If you add extra olive oil from the side of the pan, it will be even crispier and crunchier! 👍
When the back side is nicely browned, it's done!
It was baked deliciously! 😋
Cut it into appropriate sizes and put it in a bowl.
It looks great with a little green!
Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside!
It's a dangerous remake dish that even children will eat!
I want to boil somen to make this!
I mean, I'm making extra pasta just for this!
I want you to hear the sound when you eat this~
